So to say that we are all stuffed would be a HUGE understatement since we had a 20lb turkey for Thanksgiving. We did not have any guests or family, so this was all for the 5 of us...you see, my husband does not like to go hungry...lol! It was a big joke with everyone that our turkey was so huge, but we have lots of good leftovers and cannot wait for the turkey pancakes tomorrow. :) It was a joint effort in the kitchen but we all agreed that the Pioneer Woman's mashed potatoes rocked!! To top of the evening we had chocolate pie...courtesy of Ryan (and his mom's recipe)...yum! Now I am going to roll to bed!
